  • Network administrations on routers, switches and other network appliances;
  • Provide support to stabilize, monitor and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including hardware and software;
  • Perform network design for resilience and security;
  • Update and maintain system documentation;
  • Provide 1st tier deskside support to internal staffs (small scale) if needed
  • Higher Diploma in Information and Technology or relevant disciplines;
  • 3 years of experience in IT related field;
  • CCNA holder with hands on experience on Network Support duties is highly preferable;
  • Solid knowledge on Cisco Network products and Palo Alto Firewall;
  • Hands on experience on end-users will be an advantage;
  • Self motivate, able to work independently;
  • Strong interpersonal skill and problem solving skill;
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
