  • Provide immediate end-user support and trouble shooting on IT applications
  • Maintain hardware and software asset management
  • Provide PC Hardware & Software installation if needed
  • Provide IT support to end user (installation of software and hardware for end user)
  • Perform ad hoc request as assigned
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
  • 0 - 2 years working experience in IT related Industry
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Basic knowledge in TCP/IP networking will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service oriented
