  • Provide Deskside support with basic administration (i.e. Account setup, Access implement, support, R&S, troubleshoot, health check, networking skill sets and remote
  • Act as a primary contact for both internal staff and end user on related I.T. issue
  • Monitor computer hardware and software to ensure all systems are working and installed probably
  • Responsible for ad hoc request by the end user
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years experience in user support and system maintenance
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service oriented
