Network Support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks and network printers;
- Perform Server administration including system setup, backup & restore, software installation and patch upgrade
- Perform network administration jobs, maintaining and performing troubleshooting of servers
- Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Network/Security Equipment installation, configuration and monitoring include of switch and router
- Manage Security Patch Update to users and systems;
- Prepare and maintain technical documents
- Software update deployment
- Hardware and software inventory management
- Higher Diploma in Information and Technology or relevant disciplines
- 4 years IT working experiences in Helpdesk/Network Support services
- Experience on Linux / Unix Server administration is preferred
- CCNA holder with hands on experience on Network Support duties is highly preferable
