Project Engineer
- Provide ongoing technical support for desktop PCs including software and hardware
- Participate and provide updates in regular project tracking calls
- Set up and install computers and software system
- Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system
- Support Market Data and in-house developed applications
- Update and manage inventory records of deployed equipment
- Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and expected delays
- Test applications as required by the business before rollout
- Documentation of products and processes
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
- 2 to 5 years of IT support experience
- Good Working knowledge and IT experience supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of network and server side infrastructure
- Solid understanding of Intel based PC hardware/peripherals
- Strong English verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
