- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
- Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test plan
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Design specifications and manual for workflows improvement
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Diploma / degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 2-4 year of proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to details
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
