  • Provide IT Technical Support to office users on PCs, Laptops, Printers and Mobile Devices (working hours: Mon to Fri; 9 am to 6 pm)
  • Analyze and troubleshoot PC software and hardware problems
  • Timely report and update the job status to the team leader
  • Diploma in computer science or equivalent, fresh Graduates will also be consider as Junior Deskside Support Customer Engineer
  • Experience in Windows support, hardware/software support
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
