  • Handle clients’ technical enquires via phone / email
  • Provide 1st tier remote support and professional advice to end-users
  • Log all clients’ enquires in the ticketing system and escalate users’ problem to 2nd tier support if needed
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support field, FRESH GRADS ARE ALSO WELCOME
  • Familiar with desktop maintenance and core desktop software
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with good telephone manner
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Willing to work under roast basis
