  • Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers
  • Handle both verbal and written customer feedback in a tactful, timely and professional manner
  • Handle complaints, enquiries, emergency cases from clients
  • Support special of ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly
  • Provide proactive follow up and quality services
  • Diploma or above in Business / Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Around 1-2 year of experiences in project administrational functions, experience in IT related project would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with stakeholders in different levels
  • Good command in both Chinese and English, also English writing skills
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong Analysis and critical thinking skills are required
  • Strong presentation skills would be an advantage
